Verifiable Institutional Announcements
Verified Broadcasts (/api/v1/broadcasts) assign each official circular a unique sequential reference number (e.g., BRD-2026-0001) and target the entire workspace, specific departments, roles, or custom user lists.
Publishers choose from three acknowledgment modes: Read Receipt, Scroll-to-End Acknowledgment, or Comprehension Quiz Acknowledgment (quiz_ack), where the employee must answer a multiple-choice verification question correctly before the acknowledgment is recorded.
When a broadcast undergoes a material revision (material_change: true), its version increments and prior acknowledgments are preserved in history while requiring recipients to acknowledge the new version.
